Data Deletion Instructions

If you have interacted with a business page that uses our automated messaging service and wish to have your conversation data deleted, you can request deletion in either of the following ways:

1. By message: send the word "delete my data" to the same business page you contacted. The request will be forwarded to us and processed.
2. By email: send a request to faroukhatemm@gmail.com including the name of the business page you contacted and the approximate date of your conversation.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete all messages, media, and conversation records associated with your platform user ID within 14 days, and confirm the deletion to you.

Note: order records held by the business itself (e.g., invoices) are subject to that business's own retention policies and legal obligations.
